Gave Wendy the Cat a bath today. She has some kind of scabby rash and was smelling a bit weird. Half-filled the bathtub in warm water and put her in it and I thought she would freak out and I would have to hold her but she was very brave. She waded around like a champion, practicing her synchronized swimming moves. I poured water over her with a yogurt container and then rub-scrub-scrubbed her with the soap and then rinsed her off and then she shook water all over my bathroom and I cuddled her up in a warm towel. I wish I could have video-taped her in the water but I was afraid of destroying my camera.

You are so brave. When Creamsicle was a kitten I put her feet in the sink filled with water to cool her down and she flipped out. Now, it was cool water and she was sick, but it is something I hope not to have to repeat for fear of losing my skin.
