Forgot about the change in sizes at Tim Horton's so when I ordered a large coffee I got the former extra large size but maybe that is what I need this morning.

Monday stress. But after today the week is considerably less stressful and full of socializing and also I am re-excited about my vow to go spinning more often.

Am going to start working on a new story. If I just cut out one TV show, that's a whole hour to work on my writing. Maybe I can aim for one hour every other day to start.
